 The Five Tibetan Rites, also known as the “Fountain of Youth,” effectively strengthens and stretches all the main muscles in your body, in less than 20minutes.

– Jacqueline MaguireIn this 3 hour workshop, Jacqueline will introduce us to the 5 Tibetan Rites. Taking our time to make sure we find the correct adjustments to fit the individuals needs. Not everyone can do all the 5 tibetans easily (in their original format) therefore we will use these 3 hours to ensure that each person attending, goes home with their own bespoke version of the 5 Tibetan Rites.
