Fear can often hold us back in our lives and cause us limit ourselves. Giving fear a power over us we believe the thoughts we attach to the fear and it is these limiting beliefs that need to be broken down. Otherwise we stay in the confinements of fear, inhibiting our growth. We see this on our mat and in our lives. Finding the strength on your mat to push through the fear can help us find strength to overcome fears in our lives. In this workshop we will be working with fear breaking through breaking through the limits we create within ourselves. Building strength and confidence to move forward in our arm balance and inversion practice.
