All of our classes are suitabe for all ages and all abilities.

Hot Yoga Classes 

26 & 2 (90mins) Dave O’Toole

A sequential yoga practice which comprises of a standing a floor series. You will complete 26 postures twice. This class is a challenge but is a great place for beginners to start!

Awaken Flow Relax (90mins) Wendy Radcliffe

Amazing Flow class taken by Wendy with built in emphasis on the core. As you flow through class you will finish off with a Yin practice to stretch out.

Breathe In Yin (90mins) Cath Slomka

Join Cath for a restorative slow practice all based on your mat. Caths magical voice guides us on a mediatatie journey suitable for everyone. Yin is perfect for those who are looking for a non challenging practice and one where they can relax into a series of postures at thier own pace whilst restoring body and mind.

California Flow (90mins) Debbie DuBois  

California Flow Bring a taste of California yoga style to your vinyasa flow. De-stress, sweat and enjoy a practice that strengthens, balances and detoxifies your entire body and mind as you move through challenging postures and connected breath. Set to an energizing playlist, you’ll move through your flow in a new way and leave both energized and with a bit California zen-chill.

Heated Hatha ( 75mins/90mins) Hannah Byrne

Heated Hatha is beautiful class which depending on which time of the week you take it is either the perfect way to end a day or start. Hannah creates an engaging flow that guides members through a moving yet relaxing practice. This class is ideal for all.

Hot Yin (90mins/60mins) Paul Wooding 

Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga with postures, or asanas, that are held for longer periods of time—for beginners, it may range from 45 seconds to two minutes; more advanced practitioners may stay in one asana for five minutes or more. Yin yoga poses apply moderate stress to the connective tissues of the body—the tendons, fascia, and ligaments—with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility. A more meditative approach to yoga, yin aims at cultivating awareness of inner silence, and bringing to light a universal, interconnecting quality.

KO8/HERO Circuit (60mins) Eddie Wishart

KO8/HERO is a truly unique class that incorporates a strength and conditioning, styled circuit with yin inspired stretches and meditation to finish.


Vinyassa Flow & Express (60mins/90mins) Gemma Merna

Vinyasa, also called flow because of the smooth way that the poses run together, is one of the most popular contemporary styles of yoga. It’s a broad classification that encompasses many different types of yoga, including Ashtanga and power yoga.

Vinyasa Glow (90mins) Alex Stone


Vinyasa Glow is an amazing expereince. A challenging class and one suitable for those with a good level of fitness. Alex is a gifted teacher who brings the magic of yoga to life through practice. Alex focuses on being present and this class promises fun postures.


Yin Yang Dynamic Flow (90mins) Beck Yoga

Yin Yang Dynamic Flow taught by Beck our Lead Teaceher. This class is magical in every sense. By incorporating yin this class begins slowly and then ignites into a challenging flow and one that the LYS members can not get enough of. This class requires a good level of fitness and is suitable for all abilities.

Yoga Sculpt (60mins/90mins) Debbie DuBois & Emma Powell


When muscle meets yoga, Yoga sculpt is born. Boost metabolism and build lean muscle mass as you move to upbeat music. You’ll combine free weights with California flow sequencing and cardio to intensify each pose whilst mixing in strength training moves like squats, lunges and bicep curls. Be prepared to sweat, build strength and leave feeling like a peaceful warrior. Let’s rock!!
